It was our little corner kitchen where it all began. We created our own steak recipe and offered it to our closest friends online. It was 2017, when wagyu beef was still inaccessible to Surabaya people if it was not in five-star hotel restaurants. Urban Wagyu was born, and became popular online.

Gaining the talks among Surabaya people, we opened our very first store in 2019. Jalan Opak Surabaya, the very first restaurant and with overwhelming support we now have 6 branches including in Jakarta.

We believe Indonesian consumers continue to evolve especially in the search of halal lifestyle F&B. Lokal Kreasi Indonesia will keep on growing and serve halal lifestyle restaurant for Indonesia market and beyond.
